Volunteer
It takes 100 of us
Parents, grandparents, family friends, alumni — there's a job for everyone, all year long.
Project Graduation runs on volunteers — more than 100 of them on event night alone, plus the committees and fundraisers that carry us through the year. Your time commitment can be as minimal or as extensive as you wish. We’re very organized.
Work the party
The main event. We need volunteers for setup before, shifts all night during, and take-down after. There’s no better way to pull an all-nighter — and underclassmen parents are especially welcome. Senior parents are usually busy entertaining family on graduation night; when your student is a senior, you’ll appreciate the help of other parents just like this.
Party volunteer sign-up opens in the spring — the button below goes live in March.
Support a fundraiser
- Help sell 50/50 raffle tickets at home football games
- Help sell smoothies or Rolling Cones ice cream during designated lunches
- Run or walk in the Kiwanis 5K each October
- Gather a team for Trivia Night
Join a planning committee
Committed volunteers help plan the event itself — entertainment, food, prizes, security, and more. Come to any committee meeting to get started; the full schedule is on our calendar.
Donate a good or service
Retail establishments, restaurants, and service providers can help offset our costs — gift cards are always a helpful resource. See sponsors & donations.
